Works Approval for 2 Somers Crescent, Forrest 

 

The National Capital Authority (NCA) invites community feedback on a proposal to construct six dwellings, with basement car parking and associated landscaping, on Block 9 Section 6 Forrest.  

The proposed development will have three dwellings that are visible from the corner of Somers Crescent and Hobart Avenue, and the mature tree plantings to the south-western corner of the site will be preserved.  

Consultation on this proposal is being undertaken as required under Part 4.5 – Deakin / Forrest Residential Area Precinct Code of the National Capital Plan.
