On 24 July 2019 the National Capital Authority (NCA) approved Development Control Plan (DCP) No. 19/01 for Block 12 Section 111 Symonston and Block 2233 Jerrabomberra.

 

The DCP establishes planning and urban design provisions including building scale, setbacks, landscape design, vehicular access and parking for the site.
