Canberra Avenue block 14 section 25

On 30 November 2007 the National Capital Authority approved Development Control Plan No. 171/07/0003 - Canberra Avenue Block 14 Section 25.

The DCP introduces new provisions that:

  • allow Block 14 Section 25 Griffith to develop up to 4 storeys set back 10 metres from Canberra Avenue;
  • provide for an enhanced landscape character along the Canberra Avenue frontage; and
  • provide for development of the site for a range of uses permitted by the Territory Plan.
