On 27 February 2009 the National Capital Authority (NCA) approved Development Control Plan (DCP) No. 171/09/0001 for Part Section 23, Sections 25, 26 and 27 Hume.
The DCP establishes planning and urban design provisions including building scale, setback, landscape character, access and parking for the site.
The approved DCP provides guidance for future development on the site. As the subject land is Territory Land outside of Designated Areas, the ACT Planning and Land AUthority will be responsible for assessing future development on the site.
