Consultation Process
The NCA is seeking public comment on the design and quality of the proposal and any issues which the community considers should be considered as part of the NCA’s detailed evaluation of the application.
Detail of Proposal
The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the construction of fencing, permanent site offices, and electricity training poles on Block 2, Section 63, Lyons.
The proposal includes the demolition and upgrade of existing galvanized perimeter fencing to a black powdercoated fence, the addition of three permanent demountable buildings made from metal cladding, and the addition of nine training poles (ranging in height from 7.9 to 10.9 metres from the ground level).
