The extension of this area is of utmost importance to ensure that soldiers in the post Vietnam era [50+ years] are not forgotten ,as their contribution to the military history of this country are both profound and undeniable. Despite efforts from left wing media organisations to denigrate that service, these members of the ADF deserve the proposed works .

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Ngunnawal people as traditional custodians of the ACT and recognise any other people or families with connection to the lands of the ACT and region.

We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region.
