I believe all participants who represent us (Australians) whether we personally agree with their participation or not, should be acknowledged and recognised, as our Government is Democratically elected and they have asked our Forces to serve on our behalf. We owe all of them respect and our thanks. For it's their recognition and bravery through the world that has helped keep me (us) safe.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Ngunnawal people as traditional custodians of the ACT and recognise any other people or families with connection to the lands of the ACT and region.

We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region.
