The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the Foothills Development - Precinct 5 at 30 Limestone Avenue, Campbell.
This application relates only to the area highlighted below, Precinct 5. The other development proposed for the site was approved by the NCA on 26 February 2021, as part of a previous works approval application. This application proposes 40 townhouses and associated landscaping. There are no proposed changes to the area outside of Precinct 5 in this works approval application.
This application is consistent with the EPBC approval 2014/7372. The then Commonwealth Department of Environment and Energy approved the development on 24 July 2018 with conditions to protect the critically endangered Natural Temperate Grass Lands and Golden Sun Moth and address the loss of heritage values related to the former CSIRO buildings on the site.
The plans and supporting documentation for this application can be viewed below.
Feedback on this application CLOSED on 5.00pm Monday 24 October 2022.
The NCA apologises for the delay in this report being published.
