Amendment 26 allows for 'Residential' and 'Hotel' as primary land use policies on the Acton House site. The Amendment also removes the three-storey restriction on building height subject to a requirement that development on the site must be in accordance with the recommendations of a Conservation Management Plan agreed by the Australian Heritage Commission.
