Amendment 43 broadens the land use policy to allow for the existing Campbell Park Offices site to be used for general offices up to a maximum of 55 000 m2 GFA. This provides flexibility for future use of the site while maintaining its current use by the Department of Defence. The Amendment also reduces the extent of Designated Areas to better reflect the actual use of the site.
