Amendment 70 changes the land use policy of Section 87 and Part Sections 83 and 85 Fyshwick from Broadacre to Urban Areas to facilitate industrial land uses. Appendix E has been amended to facilitate National Water Initiative Projects in the Australian Capital Territory.

Amendment 70 was approved by the Minister for Home Affairs, the Hon. Brendan O'Connor, on 25 February 2010.
