Amendment 73 changes the land use policy of Block 6 Section 4 Yarralumla (Westridge House) from 'Community Facility' to 'Single Dwelling Housing' to allow the property to be used as a private residence.
Amendment 73 was approved by the Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government, the Hon. Simon Crean MP, on 21 October 2011.
