The National Capital Authority (NCA) is required by subsection 11C(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) to publish a disclosure log on its website for transparency and public access to government information.
The Disclosure Log provides summaries of documents released in response to FOI requests including a brief description of the documents requested, the date of the request submitted, the date access was granted, the number of documents released and a short summary of the documents released.
The Disclosure Log excludes certain information to protect privacy and confidentiality including:

There may be a charge to cover copying and postage costs. The NCA will notify you of any fees before providing the documents.
The FOI Disclosure Log is generally removed after 12 months, at the end of each financial year.
