On 10 December 2009 the National Capital Authority approved Development Control Plan No. 171/09/0006 for Block 9 Section 30 Fyshwick.
DCP No. 171/09/0006 has been prepared at the request of the Canberra Institute of Technology. This Development Control Plan has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions focusing on building height, landscape character, signage and parking for Block 9 Section 30 Fyshwick.
