Amendment 34 changes the National Capital Plan to alter the land use policy for the Uriarra Forestry Settlement (Block 5 District of Coree) from 'Mountains and Bushland' to 'Rural'. The Amendment enables the Australian Capital Territory Government to consider a variety of land management options for continued residential occupation on the site of the settlement.
