Located in the heart of the National Triangle, the artworks at Reconciliation Place symbolically and physically place Reconciliation at the heart of the nation.
Among these artworks are the stone artworks. Carved of sandstone, each artwork bares a quote from an Elder and symbols important to their spiritual life.
These are not memorials; they are celebrations of the life’s work of five honoured Indigenous Elders whose efforts helped bridge the gap between European and Indigenous Australia.
Join Kate Collins for a discussion of the artworks, their beauty, and the extraordinary stories they tell.
This is a FREE event, but registrations are required.
