This year, we're bringing you Shakespeare's epic play Henry V. Get ready to be transported to the battlefield with thrilling action, powerful speeches, and plenty of fun. Bring your picnic blanket, pack yourself a picnic or visit our vendors, and immerse yourself in a version of Henry V that will rivet and delight audience members of all ages. Get ready for Shakespeare like you've never seen before!

LAKESPEARE’S Shakespeare by the Lakes V: Henry V is our own unique version of William Shakespeare's play designed especially for outdoor performances. Featuring a cast of new faces and old favourites, we’re transforming the Battle of Agincourt to a clash of nations during an international rugby tour.

The shows at Patrick White Lawn are the highlight of our season, drawing the largest audience of a live Shakespeare performance across Australia. In 2022, the audience hit 2,000 people - we hope this year’s shows will be even bigger and better.

There are two shows to choose from - one at 4.30pm and one at 8pm. Or if you’re not free on 24 February there are more performances on at various venues around Canberra this February.
