Blocks 10 and 11 Section 100 City Mixed Use Office Redevelopment

On 8 July 2021 the National Capital Authority (NCA) received a Works Approval (WA) application for a revised proposal to Blocks 10 and 11 Section 100 City, comprising a mixed use office development. 

In 2019 the NCA granted works approval a mixed use residential development, however the primary use of the building is now proposed to be changed to office. The proposed change in primary use of the building results in required changes to the building’s function and façade. The plans and supporting documentation for the application can be viewed below.

The NCA welcomes feedback on this application by close of business Friday 3 September 2021.
