Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sub Section 15(2)(a) of the National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022 of the intention to partially close the following roads in the ACT.
In order to facilitate road maintenance work in the surrounding area, the following closures will be temporarily in place;

Throughout June 2023, the following night works; consisting of single lane/partial road closures will be carried out:
• 8 June Kings Avenue from Russell Drive to Parkes Way
• 13 June Kings Avenue from Russell Drive to Parkes Way & Parkes Way to Russell Drive
• 14 June Parkes Way from Anzac Avenue to Commonwealth Avenue
• 15 June Parkes Way from Coranderrk Street to Commonwealth Avenue
• 18 June Adelaide Avenue from Capital Circle to State Circle (Day and Night Shift)
• 19 June Barrine Drive from Albert Street to Commonwealth Avenue (Lake Side, heading under Commonwealth Avenue Bridge)
• 21-23 June Parkes Place West from Queen Elizabeth Terrace to Enid Lyons Square (Include National Library of Australian Entrance)
• 23-27 June Parkes Place West from Queen Elizabeth Terrace to Enid Lyons Square (Include National Library of Australian Entrance)
• 27 June Barrine Drive from Albert Street to Commonwealth Avenue (Lake Side, heading under Commonwealth Avenue Bridge)
• 28-29 June Commonwealth Avenue from King Edward Terrace to Coronation Drive (Bus stop lane)
Traffic in the area will be directed by lane closure signs and traffic marshals as required.
– No significant disruptions to traffic are anticipated.
