Public consultation has now closed.

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the construction of six dwellings, with basement car parking and associated landscaping, on Block 9 Section 6 Forrest. 

Three dwellings will be visible from the corner of Somers Crescent and Hobart Avenue, and the  mature tree plantings to the south western corner of the site will be preserved. 

Consultation on this proposal is being undertaken as required under Part 4.5 – Deakin / Forrest Residential Area Precinct Code of the National Capital Plan.
