The National Capital Authority (NCA) received a Works Approval application from Purdon Planning Pty Ltd on behalf of the Australian National University for the demolition of the Bruce Dining Hall building and the construction of two new student accommodation buildings (800 beds). The application also included landscaping, civil and site establishment works.
