On 8 November 2016 the NCA received a Works Approval application from Constitution Place Units Trust for the demolition of existing surface carpark and construction of a 13 storey mixed used building and separate 6 storey mixed use building over shared basement car park with associated facilities and public realm works located at Block 35 Section 100 (Corner Constitution Avenue and London Circuit) City (WA100253).
The following report details the public consultation process undertaken by the NCA relating to this application. The Report was prepared in accordance with the NCA's 'Commitment to Community Engagement (February 2015)' which details how the NCA conducts consultation. The full consultation report is below.
The purpose of the report is to provide a greater level of consistency and transparency in the NCA's decision making process. The Consultation Report outlines the submissions received and provides responses to any of the issues raised. Public consultation took place between 1 - 22 March 2017.
