Public consultation has now closed.
The NCA received an application from the ACT Government's Justice and Community Safety Directorate (JACS) for the construction of a new ACT Law Courts facility. In accordance with the NCA's 'Commitment to Community Engagement (February 2015)', the NCA requested interested parties and the community to provide comment. Comments closed on Friday 13 November 2015.

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has prepared a Consultation Report for Works Approval application 20144 (WA20144) for the redevelopment of the ACT Courts facilities.
The Report was prepared in accordance with the NCA's 'Commitment to Community Engagement (February 2015)' which details how the NCA conducts consultation. The full consultation report is below. A separate consultation report prepared by the applicant's planning consultants is also attached.
The purpose of the report is to provide a greater level of consistency and transparency in the NCA's decision making process. The Consultation Report outlines the submissions received and provides responses to any of the issues raised. Public consultation took place between 24 October 2015 and 13 November 2015.
