The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application from Adhami Pender Architecture for the construction of a new single detached residential dwelling and associated landscaping works on Block 14, Section 2, Deakin (71 National Circuit).
The NCA previously approved the demolition of the existing dwelling on 10 September 2018 as a part of WA100834.
