Block 3 Section 65 Campbell - Demolition of dwellings at 'Academy Close', Campbell

On 12 May 2017, the NCA received a Works Approval application from Defence Housing Australia for the demolition of 22 existing dwellings on Block 3 & Part Block 4, Section 65 Campbell (WA100347). A further Works Approval application will be submitted for the redevelopment of the site and this application which will also be subject to public consultation as required by Section 4.9.7.9 of theNational Capital Plan (the Plan).

The following report details the public consultation process undertaken by the NCA relating to this application. The Report was prepared in accordance with the NCA's 'Commitment to Community Engagement (February 2015)' which details how the NCA conducts consultation. The full consultation report is below.

Purpose of consultation report

The purpose of the report is to provide a greater level of consistency and transparency in the NCA's decision making process. The Consultation Report outlines the submissions received and provides responses to any of the issues raised. Public consultation took place between 13 May - 2 June 2017.
