Block 32 Section 19 Campbell (71 Constitution Avenue)

On 24 September 2020, the National Capital Authority (NCA) received a works approval application from Canberra Town Planning for an amendment to a previously approved scheme at Block 32 Section 19 Campbell (71 Constitution Avenue). The proposed amendments include:

• Amendment of the two storey townhouses fronting Getting Crescent to a three storey apartment building (with a total of 12 apartments);
• Removal of vehicle access and driveway onto Getting Crescent;
• Amendment to basement layout; and
• Amendments to internal courtyard landscaping.
