Public consultation has now closed.
On 1 February 2019 the NCA received a Works Approval application from Canberra Aqua Park for the temporary installation of inflatable structures on Lake Burley Griffin and associated on-shore works at Black Mountain Peninsula (west).
The consultation report details the consultation process undertaken by the NCA relating to this application. The report was prepared in accordance with the NCA's 'Commitment to Community Engagement' which details how the NCA conducts consultation.
The purpose of the report is to provide a greater level of consistency and transparency in the NCA's decision making process. The Consultation Report outlines the submissions received and provides responses to any of the issues raised. Public consultation took place between 11 May and 3 June 2019.

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for an inflatable Aqua Park on Lake Burley Griffin at Black Mountain Peninsula. The Aqua Park is temporary and will operate between November 2019 and April 2020.
