Block 13 Section 7 Forrest - Demolition of Existing Dwelling and Construction of Three Residential Dwellings
The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of three residential dwellings and associated landscape works at 12 Hobart Avenue, Forrest.
Submissions closed on 20 September 2019.
Consultation resulted in adjustments being made to the proposal. Adjustments focussed largely on increasing soft landscape areas and reducing potential impacts on neighbours including protection of privacy and solar access.
This works approval application has now been approved.
